2015年6月23日から27日の日程で、イタリアで開催された「化学、生物、放射性物質、核兵器（CBRN）に対応するための研修」に、水戸赤十字病院の脳神経外科部長 遠藤聖医師が参加しました。この研修は、原子力災害対策関係国の原子力災害への取り組みの強化と放射能防護力を高めることを目的として開催されており、各国の赤十字・赤新月社から災害コーディネーターなど約20名が参加しました。
From June 23 to 27, 2015, “CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear) International Summer School: Basic Course -Nuclear and Radiological Emergency Preparedness-” was held in Italy. Dr. Kiyoshi Endo, the Department Director of Neurosurgery of the Japanese Red Cross Mito Hospital, participated in this summer school. This program was aimed at enhancing the efforts of related Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and their radiation protection capacities. About 20 members including a disaster coordinator joined the program from related Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.
