2015年7月13日、福島県の内堀雅雄知事が、スイスのジュネーブにある国際赤十字・赤新月社連盟（IFRC）本部を訪れ、エルハッジ・アマドゥ・シィ事務総長らと会談しました。知事は、海外赤十字社からの支援へのお礼を述べるとともに、IFRCが作成している「原子力・放射線災害における事前対策および応急対応ガイドライン」に、福島第一原発事故での経験や知見を盛り込むように要請しました。
On July 13, 2015, Mr. Masao Uchibori, Governor of Fukushima Prefecture visited the secretariat of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) in Geneva, Switzerland and had talks with Mr. Elhadj As Sy, Secretary General of the IFRC and other secretariat members. The governor expressed his gratitude for the assistance that Fukushima Prefecture received from Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies around the world and also requested the IFRC to include the experience and knowledge obtained from the response to the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident in the “Nuclear and Radiological Emergency Preparedness and Response Guidelines” which the IFRC is now preparing.
