This webpage introduces "Nuclear Disaster Guidelines for Preparedness, Response and Recovery" (Guidelines) which was developed by the Japanese Red Cross Society (JRCS). The webpage explains the background of the JRCS's development of the Guidelines and the scope of the activities described in the Guidelines. It is explained in this page that there are some challenges that were raised over the course of developing the Guidelines and are not able to be solved by the JRCS alone.
