"Nuclear Disaster Guidelines for Preparedness, Response and Recovery" (Guidelines) developed by the Japanese Red Cross Society (JRCS) mainly target JRCS staff members as the users. The Red Cross Nuclear Disaster Resource Center prepared a book of annotations to the Guidelines for the staff so that they can understand the Guidelines even if they have no knowledge about nuclear disasters or they did not engage in relief activities during the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident. The annotations are downloadable from a link on this webpage.
