福島県主催の「ふくしま復興を考える県民シンポジウム2015」には、日本赤十字社も共催として参加し、仙台市で開催された第3回国連防災世界会議に参加していた国際赤十字・赤新月社のメンバーや赤十字奉仕団のメンバーなども出席しました。日赤は会場にブースを設置し、IFRCや日赤の取り組みを紹介しました。

English Description
Residents Symposium for Fukushima Reconstruction 2015 was hosted by Fukushima Prefecture and co-hosted by the JRCS. Staff from Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies who were participating in The Third UN World Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction in Sendai joined the symposium. Members from Japanese Red Cross volunteer corps also participated. The JRCS placed an exhibition booth at the venue that presented the efforts by the IFRC and the JRCS for nuclear preparedness.
