第2回赤十字原子力災害セミナーが、将来、原子力災害が再び起こった際に、自分が何をできるかを自ら考えることの大切さを若い人たちに学んでもらうことを目的に、高校生主導により行われました。郡山市の「ビッグパレットふくしま」の避難所運営を行った経験を持つ福島大学の天野和彦氏の講演を聞きながら、高校生たちは午前中に行った避難所運営ゲームの中で、どう行動すべきか再考していました。

English Description
The Second Red Cross Nuclear Disaster Seminar was held for young people to learn the importance of thinking for themselves about what they can do if another nuclear disaster happens in the future. The seminar was led by high school students. Prof. Kazuhiko Amano of Fukushima University, who ran an evacuation center at Big Palette Fukushima, gave a lecture at the seminar. While listening to the lecture, the participating high school students seemed to be thinking again about what kind of action they should take based on the simulation evacuation center game that they played in the morning session.
