第4回目の関係国会議は、15の赤十字・赤新月社、IFRC、ICRC、ドイツ政府などが参加してベルリンで開催されました。参加者は、ドイツ赤十字社のLogistics Centerにおいて、CBRN除染ユニットの見学と、ドイツ赤十字社が西アフリカでのエボラ出血熱への対応を行った際の現場での防護服の脱着方法と注意点について説明を受けました。

The Fourth Reference Group Meeting on CBRN Emergency Preparedness: Participants on a tour of Logistics Center at the German Red Cross (2015/09/08)
English Description
The Fourth Reference Group Meeting on CBRN Emergency Preparedness was joined by 15 Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, the IFRC, the ICRC and the German government. The meeting was held in Berlin. The participants were guided to the Logistics Center of the German Red Cross. They looked at a CBRN decontamination unit and received explanations about how the responders put on/took off protective gear and the considerations at the fields when the German Red Cross responded to the Ebola outbreak in West Africa.
