English Description
The Fourth Reference Group Meeting on CBRN Emergency Preparedness was joined by 15 Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, the IFRC, the ICRC and the German government. The meeting was held in Berlin. The agenda of the meeting was as follows: confirmation of the final draft of the IFRC's guidelines for nuclear and radiological preparedness, response and recovery; survey results on response capabilities of each National Society in the event of CBRN emergencies; report on support tools prepared by the IFRC and National Societies; and report on best practices for nuclear emergency preparedness by National Societies.
