1996年2月に行われた評価ミッションは、ベラルーシにおいて心理的支援をパイロットプログラムとして立ち上げるよう提言しました。この提言に基づいて、1996年11月に心理社会的トレーニング担当代表がベラルーシのミンスクにて任命されました。被災住民に対する心理社会的支援（PSS)のパイロットプログラムの提言を行うためです。1998年に、PSSパイロットプログラムの評価ミッションが行われました。目的は、パイロットプログラムの技術的側面や達成項目を再度検証し、他の被災2カ国にも適用可能なプログラム完成させるための提言を行うことでした。これはその評価ミッションの報告書です。
In February 1996, an evaluation mission recommended a psychological support programme to be put in place to establish a pilot project in Belarus. Based on this recommendation, in November 1996, psychosocial training delegation was assigned in Minks, Belarus, in order to make recommendations on the pilot programme of psychosocial support (PSS) for the populations. In 1998, the assessment mission for the PSS pilot programme was conducted aiming at re-examining the technical aspects of the pilot programme and its achievement, and making recommendations to make it a complete programme that could be applied to the other two affected countries. This is the report from the assessment mission.
