第3回目となる原子力災害対策関係国赤十字社会議は、世界16カ国から参加者が集まり被災地である福島県で開催されました。原子力・放射線災害における事前対策および応急対応ガイドラインなどについて議論することを目的としています。会議の最終日にICRPの委員でもある東京医療保健大学の伴信彦教授より、放射線からの人の健康の防護に関するICRP勧告の目的について説明いただくとともに、放射線被ばく状況下での管理基準についても詳しく解説していただきました。また、原発事故後福島県で開催されている対話型セミナーの紹介を通して、被災者にとっての復旧とは何かについてお話いただきました。

The Third Reference Group Meeting on Nuclear & Radiological Emergency Preparedness: Presentation by Prof. Nobuhiko Ban, Tokyo Healthcare University (2014/10/30).
English Description
The Third Reference Group Meeting on Nuclear & Radiological Emergency Preparedness was joined by 16 National Societies and held in Fukushima, the affected area. The objective of the meeting was to discuss preparedness for nuclear and radiological emergencies and the IFRC guidelines. Dr. Nobuhiko Ban, Professor of Tokyo Healthcare University and a member of the ICRP Committee 1, explained the purpose of the ICRP recommendations regarding protection of human health from radiation and levels for managing and controlling exposures in detail. In his speech, he introduced ICRP Dialog Seminar which has been held in Fukushima since the nuclear accident and talked about what the recovery means for the people affected by the accident through the seminar activities.
