2010-2011年ではチェルノブイリ人道支援プログラム（CHARP）は医療支援(甲状腺がん検診、乳がん検診、HIVに関する相談・検査)、こころのケア支援、子供たちへの総合ビタミン剤の配布などを継続する。
2010年にはCHARPは20周年を迎える。これは連盟の歴史の中で最も長く、効率の良いプログラムだった。CHARPの経験を分析し、「チェルノブイリに関する取り組みの最高の実例」として公開することを計画している。プログラムの成功を国際社会に発表することは、原子力災害の事後対応で赤十字が得たユニークな体験を示すことになる。
In 2010-2011, CHARP (Chernobyl Humanitarian Assistance and Rehabilitation Programme) would continue medical assistance (thyroid cancer screening, breast cancer screening and consultation/testing for HIV), psychosocial support, and the distribution of multivitamins to children.
In 2010 CHARP was approaching its 20 years jubilee. This was one of longest and most efficient programmes in the history of the International Federation. It was planned that the experience by CHARP would be analysed and published as "a best practice case" of Chernobyl engagement. Publicising the success of the programme internationally would demonstrate the unique experience the Red Cross had obtained in the follow-up of a nuclear accident.
