English Description
CHARP (Chernobyl Humanitarian and Rehabilitation Programme) had been facing a critical funding crisis. Only 47% of the total 2012 budget had been covered to date. In July the Icelandic Red Cross donated to support the three mobile diagnostic units operating in Belarus, however the prospects for the second half of 2012 looked pretty dim.
