This is the summary of the presentation on the 2nd Red Cross Nuclear Disaster Seminar held on Mar. 15, 2014 in Tokyo. The presenter, Mr. Amano, had operated the largest evacuation center in Fukushima during the disaster caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami. He told difficulty of operation of evacuation center.
