第2回赤十字原子力災害セミナーの会場に再現された避難所の一人当たりのスペース。なお、一人あたりのスペースはその時の状況によって変えざるを得ないので、面積に関して明確な基準があるわけではない。実際の避難所では、避難者が次第に増える場合もあり、後から避難者間で不公平が発生して揉め事にならないよう留意してスペースを割り当てていく必要がある。

A space for an evacuee in evacuation centre (temporary assembled for the purpose of a educational seminar)
English Description
The photo shows space allocated to one evacuee at an evacuation center, which was reproduced at the room for the Red Cross Nuclear Disaster Seminar. In Japan, there is no clear standard for space per evacuee, because it has to be changed depending on situation. At a real evacuation center, evacuees may increase and the space needs to be allocated to each of them carefully to prevent troubles from occurring later among evacuees due to unfair allocations.
