The photo shows how the participants were operating an evacuation center during the simulation game. At a real evacuation center, the staff of need to guide evacuees to appropriate rooms or space depending on their conditions (e.g. family structure, physically challenged or not, evacuating with animal pets or not) . This helps the evacuation center staff to reduce their management works by ensuring mutual cooperation between evacuees, and prevent troubles among evacuees.
