Rules for the Committee of Experts for the Guidelines for Red Cross Activities during Nuclear Disasters
English Description
The Japanese Red Cross Society (JRCS) faced constraints in their activities during the nuclear disaster that followed the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami. Based on the experiences, the JRCS decided to develop "The guidelines for Red Cross activities under nuclear disasters" and to establish a committee of experts. Therefore, the JRCS prepared rules for a committee of experts for the guidelines.
