日本赤十字社（日赤）では、東日本大震災直後の原子力災害発生時の活動に際して制約が生じた経験を踏まえ、「原子力災害における赤十字活動ガイドライン」を策定することにしました。
日赤内外の意見を聞き、専門家の視点を反映するため、研究会を設置しました。2014年3月24日に開催された第1回研究会の議事概要を掲載しています。

Summary of discussion at the first committee meeting for the guidelines_Committee of Experts for the Guidelines for Red Cross Activities during Nuclear Disasters
English Description
The Japanese Red Cross Society (JRCS) faced constraints in their activities during the nuclear disaster that followed the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami. Based on the experiences, the JRCS decided to develop "The guidelines for Red Cross activities under nuclear disasters."
To ask for opinions from both JRCS and non-JRCS experts and reflect the views of experts on the guidelines, a committee of experts was established. The first committee meeting was held on Mar. 24, 2014 and the summary of the discussion is posted.
