日本赤十字社は福島県浪江町からの依頼を受け、2012年10月15日より「いわき市内に避難している浪江町民の健康調査」を開始する。避難生活を送る浪江町民に適切な保健衛生サービスや必要なケアが提供されるには、健康状態の把握が急務であり、1年間の予定で聞き取り調査を行なう。
浪江町が将来的に町民の健康管理の維持・増進のためのシステムを構築させていくこと、避難している町民の孤立化を防ぎ、コミュニティ作りの手助けになることが期待される。
At the request of the Municipality of Namie in Fukushima, the Japanese Red Cross Society will begin to conduct “Health Consultation Program for People Evacuated from Namie to Iwaki” on Oct. 15, 2012. For the people from Namie to be provided appropriate public health services and necessary care, it is an urgent matter to understand their health conditions in the first place. The health consultation program is planned to continue for one year.
The results are expected to help the Namie municipality create a system to maintain and enhance the health of the people from Namie towards the future, and to prevent the people from isolating and to rebuild their community.
