2013年2月14日から3月14日までの間、京都第二赤十字病院の森山真美看護師と藤井亜紀看護師（森山看護師と入替わりで2月28日から）、伊勢赤十字病院の鈴木美由起看護師が活動した。避難生活の長期化が予測されるため、不安や心配事を抱えながらも、どうにもならないと口をつぐんでいる町民と接し、より一層支援への思いが必要と感じた。

From Feb. 14 to Mar. 14, 2013, Mami Moriyama and Aki Fujii (a successor of Ms. Moriyama from Feb. 28), nurses from the Japanese Red Cross Kyoto Daini Hospital, and Miyuki Suzuki, a nurse from the Ise Red Cross Hospital conducted the health consultation program . As the evacuation is expected to be prolonged, the Namie people had fears and concerns but were reluctant to talk about those fears because they felt that nothing would be changed. The nurses met with those people and thought even more supports were necessary.
