東日本大震災の津波で家を流された人、あるいは福島第一原発事故によって避難を強いられている人々が身を寄せ合う仮設住宅です。当初はお互いを知りませんでしたが、赤十字奉仕団が企画する催し物によって互いに知り合い、コミュニティが形成されていきます。

English Description
Survivors living in temporary housing come from different places. Some left their homes because their houses were washed out by the tsunami, and others were forced to evacuate due to the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident. When they started to live in the temporary housing, they did not know each other. But events organized by JRC volunteers encourage them to know each other, leading to creation of a community.
