2013年1月1日から3月31日までの日赤の被災者支援の活動について説明しています。
避難先の住民の交通手段としてのコミュニティーバスの運行が、日赤から自治体に移管されました。日赤は、避難した子どもたちの移動手段として、18台のスクールバスを寄贈しました。また、福島県民の健康調査を支援するため、検査機器などを福島県立医科大学に寄贈しました。
日赤は原子力災害に対応するためのオペレーションマニュアルとして、日赤内外の専門家の協力を得て「原子力災害における救護活動マニュアル」を作成しました。
This report explains the assistance that the JRCS provided for the survivors from January 1, 2013 to March 31, 2013. The operation of community buses as transportation means for the evacuees in the areas where they were living was transferred to local governments from the JRCS. As transportation means for children who evacuated to other areas with their families, the JRCS provided 18 school buses. Furthermore, the JRCS provided medical test devices to the Fukushima Medical University to help to conduct the Fukushima Health Management Survey. For nuclear disaster preparedness, the JRCS created "Manual for Relief Activities under Nuclear Disasters" cooperated by specialists inside/outside the JRCS.
