第3回目となる原子力災害対策関係国赤十字社会議は、世界16カ国から参加者が集まり被災地である福島県で開催されました。原子力・放射線災害における事前対策および応急対応ガイドラインなどについて議論することを目的としています。参加者はがれきがまだ残る浪江町請戸地区の様子を視察しました。ここには東日本大震災慰霊碑があり、IFRCのシイ事務総長が献花を行いました。

English Description
The Third Reference Group Meeting on Nuclear & Radiological Emergency Preparedness was joined by 16 National Societies and held in Fukushima, the affected area. The objective of the meeting was to discuss preparedness for nuclear and radiological emergencies and the IFRC guidelines. The participants visited Ukedo Area, Namie Town where the debris still remained. The picture shows a cenotaph for the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami. Elhadj As Sy, Secretary General of the IFRC, paid a floral tribute at a cenotaph for the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami.
