English Description
The Third Reference Group Meeting on Nuclear & Radiological Emergency Preparedness was joined by 16 National Societies and held in Fukushima, the affected area. The objective of the meeting was to discuss preparedness for nuclear and radiological emergencies and the IFRC guidelines. The participants visited Sasaya East Temporary Housing in Fukushima City, where evacuees from Namie Town were living. They listened to a board member of the temporary housing residents' association explained the status. After the explanation, the participants asked questions.
