第3回原子力災害対策関係国赤十字社会議で参加者に配布された国会事故調サマリ(2014.10.27)

The Third Reference Group Meeting on Nuclear & Radiological Emergency Preparedness was joined by 16 National Societies and held in Fukushima, the affected area. The objective of the meeting was to discuss preparedness for nuclear and radiological emergencies and the IFRC guidelines. Dr. Kiyoshi Kuwokawa, Adjunct Professor of National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies, who gave a keynote speech, served as Chair of Fukushima Nuclear Accident Independent Investigation Commission by the National Diet of Japan. Executive summary of the commission report was handed to the meeting participants.
