【Scheme of LIFE】 The center of this LIFE project will be the autonomous communities in local areas. First step is to provide the properties (city-owned land ). Then, local company will lay gas, water and other infrastructures requires for living. Finally cooperate with local wood company and built temporary housing by domestic timber. In this process, we create both recruitment and housing. The wooden house is resistant to moisture and breathable that people live cooler in summer and warmer in winter.
