松戸東北交流サロン 黄色いハンカチとは・・・東日本大震災の被災者、約300人が松戸市に避難しています。親族のいらっしゃる被災者は数限られており、避難者ご家族同士のつながりも少ないのではと想像しています。私たちは、避難者のみな様のお力になりたいと３．１１以降活動をしてまいりましたが、ご縁が出来てお近づきになれましたご家族は限られています。そこで、避難者のみな様が集まってお互いの抱えている悩みを話し合い、役立つ情報を交換し、楽しく交流をする機会を作りました。
