This is a non-profit organization that is promoting hiking along the Michinoku Coastal Trail (aka Michinoku Shiokaze Trail / みちのく潮風トレイル) which runs along the coast from Aomori Prefecture in the north of Tohoku to Fukushima Prefecture. Walkers on the trail can encounter many communities directly impacted by the 3/11 disasters, and there are opportunities to learn about both the events and long-term recovery efforts.
