It highlights the critical role of integrating community needs, cultural identity, and social connections in rebuilding efforts, emphasizing that physical reconstruction alone cannot restore disrupted routines, social ties, or city identity. Inclusive planning and context-sensitive approaches are essential for effective recovery.
