私の視点 from MRIC　2011年3月24日　石巻赤十字病院の医師が津波被害直後の医療現場を報告。通信手段がとぎれ、また市役所が水没したため県への情報不足のために支援が遅れた。また治療を終えた患者を避難所へ送る交通手段が不足し院内に患者、避難者があふれた状態を伝えている。人手不足、食料、飲料水不足、不衛生な状態も伝えている。
