2011.06.09 The report is about a tsunami victim who was granted welfare benefits before the tsunami and earthquake but is no longer eligible to receive it. Because of bureaucratic inflexibility, refugees get free medical care until February 2012 and they live in temporary housing. However, those people need welfare benefits to sustain themselves.
