2011.4.27 With the rise of the Indian and Chinese economic statuses, the United States and Japan are are starting to discuss how they will be effected by this change. The Japanese government, scholars, business leaders, and the media all have said that Japan needs to become more "strategic" with their development in order to cope with China''s rising power. It is still too early to access the effects of the recent devastations in the Tohoku will have towards Japans development.
