[Testimony of volunteers] “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” “Here am I. Send me!” (Isaiah6:8) We were riveted to the news of the East Japan Grand Disaster when it occurred on March 11, 2011. Our hearts ached and we could not help shedding tears as we watched the news televised, which seemed like sequences in movie. At the time we were living in a small town with a population of 80,000 called Lesbridge in Alberta, Canada. We were running a restaurant. Though we were living far from Japan, we soon started collecting money at our restaurant and the shopping mall and sent the donations to Japan through the Red Cross.
