Japan should take steps toward full-scale restoration of regions devastated by the Great East Japan Earthquake, tsunami and ensuing nuclear crisis as March 2012 marks the first anniversary of the triple disasters.Many evacuees are forced to lead inconvenient lives at more than 110,000 temporary housing units, including private apartments that local governments have rented, in Iwate, Miyagi and Fukushima prefectures. There are also other evacuees taking shelter across the country.
