People near a troubled nuclear power plant in northeastern Japan are having enormous difficulty getting goods and services as vendors are reluctant to deliver to them because of fears of being exposed to radiation.The Fukushima Prefectural Government, which hosts the nuclear power plant crippled by the devastating March 11 earthquake and tsunami, has tried to get food, medicine and other necessities delivered, but the requests have been turned down by those worried about nuclear contamination.
