SAITAMA -- Those who have been evacuated from a Fukushima Prefecture town near a quake-hit nuclear power plant and have taken shelter here remain skeptical if they can restore their town.About 1,200 residents of Futaba, or roughly 20 percent of its population, have been evacuated to Saitama Super Arena in Saitama along with the headquarters of its municipal government following a radiation leak from the Fukushima No. 1 Nuclear Power Plant.
