This is a official educational handbook created by the Reconstruction Agency and the Sankei Shinbun that aims to support the recovery of Fukushima Prefecture following the Great East Japan Earthquake and the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident. It was created as part of the "FY 2023 Information Dissemination Project to Overcome the Reputational Damage." This handbook explains current domestic and international news with easy-to-understand illustrations marketed to children and teenagers. This particular workbook compiles four articles on Fukushima’s recovery, published monthly from September 2023 to March 2024, specifically to address the misinformation and reputational damage after the release of ALPS-treated water from Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant began in August 2023.
