English Description
“Archive Miyagi” was made public on June 15, 2015, with the goal of collecting and preserving documents and records of the Great Eastern Japan Earthquake, and making these available on the internet. Our goal is both to preserve the memory of the disaster and to assist in both policies for disaster prevention and reduction, and disaster education. In creating the archive, we made use of a grant from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.

「東日本大震災アーカイブ宮城」は，東日本大震災に関する記録・資料等を収集・保存し，インターネット上に公開することにより，震災に関する記憶の風化を防ぐとともに，防災・減災対策や防災教育等に役立てることを目的として，平成２７年６月１５日から公開しています。
構築にあたっては，総務省「被災地域情報化推進事業（情報通信技術利活用事業費補助金）」の「被災地域記録デジタル化推進事業」を活用しました。
